Biographical Info

Hi, my name is Chris Chustz,  I’m the President and owner of Family First Mortgage, I’ve been in the Mortgage Industry for 20 years. I have a beautiful wife, Angelle, and four awesome children, three boys and a girl. I’m also a veteran in the military and graduated with a degree in finance from Southwest Texas State University. In fall of 2005, I gave my life to Jesus Christ, He became my Lord and Savior, this was the most important decision of my life. It hasn’t always been an easy road, before or after, but it’s been worth it. I love this business because we truly get to help people achieve their dreams of homeownership. And yes, it’s still the American Dream, I know because I get to see the emotions on my clients faces and hear it in their voices when we close or when I tell them the three magic words/ initials “WE ARE CTC”, Clear To Close. It brings me great joy to know we’ve been helpful in this process for our clients. I enjoy spending time with my family, date nights with my wife, doing ministry when the opportunity opens, hunting and fishing.
